LOVE LETTER, LOVE, SOULMATE: MY SWEETNESS

My sweetness who I care for so dear. Who is the the only woman i wanna pull near...so I hold you ever so close and hear you breathe knowing that you're the only woman that I will need. So i cry in uttermost happiness because you're with me...only if you think you love me then you will see that i have loved you ever since we met and from that moment my heart has been set. When I was blind you gave me sight. Disoriented from life, you gave me direction.Lost and lonely, you're my only companion In the comfort of your arms you attend to me.Forever grateful for all you've done for me. In appreciation... I'm pouring my heart to you. Lean on me, I'll never love another nor will I ever lead you astray Forever in my heart you've come to stay..only you I give this precious key to my heart. I can never write a poem as beautiful as you.I can never see in a woman as much as I see in you.Gentle hands, loving touch, mesmorizing eyes, facinating body, beautiful lips.Every part of you...so perfect,...so real. And When you are old and grey, you will still be perfect in my eyes. For my love for you is timeless.

Who needs pictures, when you have the lantern of soul music
You're wearing high heels
But you didn't need them to make yourself seen
You're clearly the center of attention in the ballroom

Flawless, exquisite skin
Shining with such radiance that people have to get closer
Within a foot of you to see the diamonds you are wearing
Throwing your head back, your hair slowly cascades down
Everyone in the room collectively holds their breath
The hair seems to be moving in time-lapse photography
Every one catches their breath again through an act of sheer will power
But they are helplessly unprepared for what is next

You had your eyes wide shut, but as they are slowly opened
Every one's lives flash before their eyes
Minds tricked into believing they are on their way to heaven
Eyes are the window to the soul
And the soul emanating from your pools
Your sacred brown pools must be an imperfect diamond
Flawed only by the effects of living in a world of utter darkness
Devoid of anything resembling your kind

Yet, the flaws astonishingly make the diamond that much more enchanting
For despite the darkness, it still shines like a lighthouse
A beacon for lost and weary hearts
No one in the room can conceive of how a thing of such beauty

Looking in your eyes, they see their own imperfections
Magnified and held up to their windows
But they smile, because if you can somehow exist
There must be a God
A God that wanted His people to be so joyous that He created You
Created You for them to behold

And then you smile, pearly white teeth emerging from their slumber
Emerging behind full, rosy lips
If the sound of a heart breaking could be heard, how might it sound?
I'd tell you, because I just heard it happen to every one in the room
But putting it into words would desecrate it
Robbing it of its timeless essence

Wondering how I could be with you
I am still able to summon the courage to take your silken hand
Your fingers close around mine
We both tremble in ecstasy from the sparks generated
I am sure I will be consumed in your fire
Like a moth to a flame
Yet, for the moment I am spared
Then we...

I asked 12 men over 60 what they miss most about their 40s and not one of them said their career, their body, or their social life — every single one described a moment so specific and so small that I had to pull over to write them down by Tommy Baker

You know what I miss? The sound of the garage door when she’d get home from her pottery class on Thursday nights.” That’s what Frank told m...
