THOUGHTS: IS THIS ALL THERE IS IN LIFE?
We each have our own journey to travel, there can come a point in our lives when what we have accepted as normal for us is no longer valid, something is not working the way that we want. There is that little nagging feeling inside, that you may push aside, something you can't quite put your finger on, and you really don't want to identify.
So you ignore it, but it only gets bigger, and rears it ugly head in some manner to let us see that things are not quite right and it may only get worst. This dissatisfaction comes in many forms. It’s not the same for each individual in a personal manner, although there are a general set of symptoms for anyone who goes through it.
Those general symptoms are dissatisfaction in one or more of the major area that make up life. It can be family home career love money, etc. and within the general there are specific for each individual. So we start out on a journey when it becomes too much, to discover why we’re dissatisfied, what's missing, how can I fix this, how can I recapture my joy, happiness, love of life, and love of self.
Some of us are good at being able to examine ourselves to get to the core of what it is that is not right with the way that we want our lives to be; the way that we want ourselves to be. However, that is not the majority; a lot of us struggle, looking for the answer to those nagging feeling and situations. And even when we know the answer to what it is that is not right, how to fix it often eludes us.
This journey can be a spiritual one in the sense that it leads us to look inward and examine ourselves, even when the problems or dissatisfaction that we are dealing with is with are external everyday matter of living, loving and interacting with society.
Asking is this all that there is of ourselves, there has got to be more then this, there has to be a way of changing what I am experiencing how thing are, causes us to seek answers, especially when we can no longer ignore or push down our dissatisfaction with the way our life is.
We are told that our thoughts create our beliefs. When you looking at your life and ask yourself what is in my life that I don't like. Those are the area that your beliefs are reflected, the production of unwanted results.
Change your beliefs and you can change your reality. But to change that reality you need a basic understanding of how it is made. This will help to make it easier if you think of it this way. There is reality and there is what goes on behind the scene of reality.
This is simplified but the basic of everything is energy. Our beliefs create our reality. There is a unified field of particles that make up everything that exist the seen and the unseen.
Energy is everywhere; everything that exists in your reality is energy. Every thing that exists in the Universe is energy, it not just the substance that you think of as invisible, which can be used for good, (electricity), or cause harm (radiation),You yourself are energy, ever tree, house, car, etc. is energy.
Beliefs are what you expect; they are made of, thoughts tied to emotions (both of them are energy).
Simply put unhappy thoughts, dealing with anything going on in your life brings with it an emotional response. As long as the two are ties together, (the emotion and the thought) it is a belief.
Even if you do not believe that your beliefs change your reality, looking for a means to bring about the changes to a better state of life requires a new outlook on life and what you can accomplish with your life, again this is emotion and thought. You have to feel that it is possible, as you think about the changes that you are going to implement, and if you do not feel that it is possible as you think about what you want to change (emotion and thought), then thing will just stay the same. You'll continue to experience your reality as it is.
What you believe is going to happen will happen if you place your focus on it continuously.
Energy ties into this in the sense that, our emotions are a form of energy, very powerful energy. Energy can attract or repel (ex. a Magnet and the field it produces which is energy) Being energy our emotions do the same thing. If we are feeling emotions on a high level, happiness, joy, love, contentment etc., or emotion on a lower level, anger despair, hate, unhappiness, depression, discontent etc. Our emotions will attract or repel what we experience or want to experience.
There was a time when making the statement that you thoughts create your reality was just a saying without any evidence only religious or spiritual backing. There are quotes in various religious text that state this, as well as spiritual writing that outline how it is possible for you beliefs to create your reality.
Now science has caught up to religion and spiritual teaching.
Through Quantum physics, scientist have found through the observation of The smallest building block know, a particle, which makes up everything in existence, what religious and spiritual teaching of past times, have been saying, is true, We create our reality through our belief.
Through the observation of this these particle Quantum Physicists conclude, that "what the observer expects, is what happens with the particles". In other words as they observed the particles each particle reacted as the scientist observing it expected it to react. So if one scientist thought it would do one thing and another something else, which is exactly what it did for each scientist. This is VERY IMPORTANT when it comes to how our beliefs form our reality. Our beliefs are usually what we expect.
Also it was found that these particles form a unified field (one big web connecting everything), what one particle is-aware-of, so are all the others, as well as, time and space do not exist for these particles and they can be in more than one place at a time. Our reference to this field base on our religious or spiritual orientation has been God, Buda, Allah, All That Is etc.
Combine the energy of our emotion which can attract or repel, with the definition of what a belief is, "Belief are what you expect, and they are made of, thoughts tied to emotions (booth of them are energy)", along with the behavior and reaction of the particles which make up everything in existence, our reality is created.
So if we change our belief (what we think and feel) we change what we experience in life.
Finding your beliefs mean being honest with yourself. No matter who else you may not tell all of the truth to, this is the time that you can not be untruthful with yourself. To continuing to do so, will only keep you in the place that you are, living a life that you are unhappy with.
Once those beliefs about yourself and life are known deciding on what type of life you really want is just as important. Knowing what you really want is not always as easy as it sound. But once you are clear on knowing what you want it’s easier to get there.
An easy way to change our belief is to make a plan outlining what we want to experience and how we are going to get there and then to set it into motions one step at a time.
As you begin to experience those small steps that you are taking you begin to think and feel (your beliefs) different about your life and what is possible, as well a being in the beginning stages of creating those possibilities regardless of how good or bad you are at any of those thing that you have to do to change your life.
There is always help available, especially when it seems overwhelming. Coaching assistance is the best it provides a more unbiased and non-judgmental guidance than anything that you may receive from family and friends, as well as privacy.
What you discuss and the steps outlined to reach the changes that you want in your life, are between you and your Coach.
Bring in to your reality what you want is a challenge. The necessary steps to get from where you are to where you want to be can seem overwhelming without a plan of actions.
But it is doable, as long as there is breath in your body, it is doable.
