You were standing alone
with a crowd all around
Such a goddess I thought
but me such a clown
The one I sought for so long
now I know I have found
Could I walk up to you
and ask just your name
Or foolishly wait, then you leave
now my search starts again

Willow-slender, lithe and lovely,
fair as June-morn's waking day.
Young as dew-drops, old as mountains,
fresh of scent, as new-mown hay.
Lovely creature, God's own molding.
Peerless figure, lost love's dream.
Blithe and carefree, filled with spirit,
captured my heart with sunshine's gleam.
How may one, so young and glorious
smile a smile so pure and rare
that all at once can be victorious
in ways that Eve would hardly dare?
Innocently filled with knowledge,
wise beyond ten thousand years.
A sprightly creature made to thrill me...
Flails and scorns me with her tears.

burning, pulsing, flaming, raging
loving, dreaming, hoping, prayin
burning - my love for you
pulsing - my heart when i see you
flaming - my desire for you
raging - my passion for you
loving - how i feel about you
dreaming - of me and you
hoping - you share my love for you
praying - you'll love me too
burning, pulsing, flamiming, raging
loving, dreaming, hoping praying

Precious is this rose,
I do not dare to touch.
For this rose so precious,
I love it Dear, too much.
Precious is this rose,
That beauty and love had combined.
Precious is this rose,
That love cannot define.
Precious is this rose,
I do Dear, admire.
For this rose is so precious,
Its secret I do desire.
Precious is this rose,
That holds this unworthy leter.
So precious is this rose,
For now you know me better.
I love you.
This no one else knows.
But my precious rose.

A walk along a white sand beach is what I dream of
With your hand in mine
The tide rolling in as it splashes against our ankles
The beauty of the night is fading in around us
As the moon in its silver silhouette lights up the sky
We stop
I gaze into your eyes
Your lips touch mine
The tide is getting higher
and the waves are getting stronger
Your arms slip around my waist
and you have begun to pull me closer
My lips are against yours
but slowly moving away as yours move to places
I've only dreamed of
You stop
You whisper into my ear
I?
I put my hand over your lips and say
I know.?
The sun has begun to rise
Into a beautiful rainbow of oranges and yellows
I lay next to you and listen to you breathe
Your arms are wrapped tightly around my body
You wake
I pretend to be asleep
I feel you look into my eyes as you are watching me breathe
I feel you get closer and then your lips touch mine
I wake
I whisper
I?
You put your hand over my lips and say
I know.?
But then I say but you don't, know
how it is to look into your eyes
and see the sunset and the sunrise.
but I do, when I am with you.?

Everyday I try to convince myself that " It does not matter afterall "
Afterall, my life is trivial and it is how my peception is the
magnifyier of it all
I have no inkling with exactly how much has really got into my sub-conscious
Though at times or maybe most of the time, I fear it has not
What has changed is that I bear hope
The beam of hope might not be strong but I am sure that for each
passing day I'm letting it in more and more
For all that has been tried, I move on and never look back
There is only one moment to cherish and that is the now
I think of the love that surrounds me
And realize nothing is ever worth pursuing at the expense of my misery
It's the unquenchable thirst for more that is driving me to the limits
No doubt has I realized it
Longing for the chance to dismiss it
7
Whispers of yesterday linger in the air...
Drifting off the ocean tides
They slowly mist and seem to hide...
I can see them danging just around the bend
As I run to catch them, my heart begins to mend...
Precious memories in the making
Definitely worth the time and taking...
For they are clearly mine to keep
A treasure, oh so fine, so deep...
Holding them close and dear to my heart
Is really just the easy part...
For you have made my dreams come true
I'm so happy just to be with you...
For I am unquestionably the lucky one
As I will never be completely done...
Collecting the memories of yesterday
Remembering you every inch of the way...
Remnants of memories so beautiful and sublime
I will love and cherish, now and for all time

We spend most of our lives dreaming about what if,
Then we go through life with a question mark that
clouds our very existence.
It makes us all walk with our heads down, then we see
a face, a face that beyond all others makes us weak in the knees
and makes our stomach bubble.
Then, once again, the what if plays his song.
What if we were together,
what if we spend our lives dreaming together and questioning life
together. At least we would be happy,
because I can't sleep knowing you?re not mine
and staring at the window no longer fulfills my destiny.
For, you are it, and no longer do I cry for you,
because we are together
in my dreams and every night I can't wait
till I fall asleep to see your beautiful face.
So, I dream and dream and I never have a bad day
because of the love we share,
And the love I can always go back too, in my dreams.
9
As this day draws to an ending,
With all things put to rest at last;
Darkness follows the sun's reposing,
My mind views memories from the past.
And slumber overcomes my conscious,
Sleep pulls me deep into its arms.
I find the place of rich enchantment,
Where beauty is one of its charms.
Here reality cannot touch you.
What's real is what's believed to be.
You may be rich or just a pauper;
It's different every night you see.
From Kings and Knights or gallant Princes,
To warriors with a fight to fight.
In this dreamland of enchantment,
You can be them for just one night.
That is why I love this realm of living;
This place where but awhile you're free
To explore your hidden secrets,
Whatever those turn out to be.
You may explore both love and passion
With maidens given to desire.
And no one ever knows your secrets;
You leave them when your sleep expires
10
Oh, how I've longed to express my love to you.
Shadowed by sunset's dying light,
I lift my pen to spill my paper with crimson ink.
But, alas! The words to express the depth and breadth
Of my love are out of sight!
With midnight upon me, I try to reach into my soul
But still nothing comes from my weary pen
To express how much I feel for you.
I only want to push back those embattlements
That shelter the words
And tell you how much I love you.
I could gaze longingly into your eyes,
And dance with you on the clouds of silvery white,
But still the words rush not to my pen,
Not a romantic word in sight.
Your love is so wonderful and rare,
As humble as a lady's maid,
And as courageous as knight
To whatever thing may your love I compare.
Still it cannot touch the very surface
Of what I really feel for you.
We're a portrait of love's perfection
For all feasting eyes to see,
But still I'm unable to express my love for you.
So, with anguish heart then will I wait,
In hopes that I have given you a clue.

Here in a sun filled haven
Among musical moments
And in scattered light
Of an afternoon flashback
I try to recollect
Where I am and why
I came here
A multitude of memories
Recent and long past
Pass by quickly
And I try to grasp-
13
T'was on a moonlit, velvet night
that my soul took nocturnal flight
to meet thee- places, yet unseen
between our worlds, beyond our dreams
and lay thee down on softest grass
and time stood still, and did not pass
to gaze into most gentle face
so filled with goodness, strength and grace
and for a while, my breath stood still
as we lay on that slanted hill
between the budding groves of trees
a scent rode on gentle breeze
and this is where, I touched your lips
then, my world tumbled, spun and slips
and gently, trembling, touched your face
then all I knew, fell out of place.
something...
But they float by speedily
And I'm left holding onto-
a ray of sunlight
Scattering mosaic memories
Across the afternoon moment
Dreaming of you...
