POETRY: WHOSE SOUL IS ENTWINED WITH THINE

TEACH ME HOW TO DREAM,
SO THAT I MAY DREAM TO LIVE.
TEACH ME HOW TO WISH,
SO THAT I MAY WISH FOR YOU.
TEACH ME HOW TO LOVE,
SO THAT I MAY LOVE YOU IN RETURN.... FOREVER!
BEING DEEPLY LOVED BY SOMEONE GIVES YOU STRENGTH,
WHILE LOVING SOMEONE DEEPLY GIVES YOU COURAGE.
FROM THE DAY WE ARE BORN WE ARE LOVED.
THAT LOVE COMES FROM YOUR FAMILY.
A LOVE OF THIS TYPE, HOPEFULLY, REMAINS 
WITH YOU THROUGHOUT YOUR LIFE.
AND YOU REMAIN IN THEIR HEARTS AFTER YOU LEAVE THIS WORLD.
WE ALL WISH FOR A DIFFRENT TYPE OF LOVE 
WHICH MAKES OUR LIVES WHOLESOME.
ONCE THAT LOVE IS STRONG WE TRY OUR BEST TO KEEP IT STRONG.
SOMETIMES THAT LOVE ENDS AND UNFORTUNATELY TURNS TO HATE.
THE ULTIMATE LOVE WE HAVE IS THE LOVE FROM GOD.
THIS LOVE WILL NEVER END.
WE CAN COUNT ON HIS LOVE FOREVER ONLY IF WE LOVE HIM IN RETURN.
I'VE HEARD IT'S BEEN SAID 
THERE'S A PIECE OF HEAVEN RIGHT HERE ON EARTH.
TO ME YOU ARE A PIECE OF HEAVEN.
I ONLY ASK THAT YOU DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR
IF I CANNOT COME IN AND BE WARMED BY YOUR LOVE NOW, AND FOREVER...

Know in thy heart
I'm the one
Whose soul is
entwined with thine

Through eternity
Our hearts are one
They can never be separated
by foe or sorrow

Nothing can come between us
Heaven is on our side
Remembrance of love is
Forever written in the mind.

There are nights when I lay awake thinking how good it could be,
And there are times when I don?t think I?m worthy 
of the love you give to me.
And with every passing day I can feel our love grow stronger,
But I fear the day when you?ll say you love me no longer.
I?m in heaven when you?re in my arms, locked in warm embrace,
But I dread the day when I?ll no longer see that 
smile upon your face.
I sit and think of our time that?s passed and look 
forward to tomorrow,
But every moment you're not by my side, my body 
is filled with sorrow.
And though there?ll always be a place for you deep down 
inside my heart,
My mind grows weak when I think about the time we spend apart.

And a battle rages on between my love-struck heart and mind,
My heart says you?ll never leave, my head that 
you?ll leave me behind.
But then my soul joins in the fight and vanquishes the pain,
And my heart retaliates with lust and passion that help 
defeat the brain.
And though the battle comes and goes I know who 
will win each time,
The heart and soul are filled with love 
and only thoughts defend the mind.

Until there was you
I walked the earth alone
No hand to hold in mine
My heart was all my own

Until there was you
True love was just a dream
Dreams of wonder and tears
Dreams of hope and fears

Until there was you
My life had no direction
A road of uncertainty
But now we have a journey
Together you and me

So I thank my lucky stars
And God from the heavens above
For my heart and soul could never
Feel the impact of true love
Until there was you . .

The torment wraps itself around the heart
Like a wild vine.

The hunger for love and acceptance 
Gnaws voraciously in the mind.

The tears flowing gently, softly caressing
Her lips like a sweet wine.

The pain, so subtle, yet, so strong
Waiting for a love to find.

That night that I held you
in my arms was the night I knew
I was holding the most beautiful
girl in the world. And that 
Night I heard the words from a
song I love to listen to. The 
words were "God Must Have Spent
A Little More Time ON You."
And I know that True in my
heart. And that night my heart was 
beating Fast, so fast I could 
feel. And in the morning when I
woke to find you was asleep
in my arms, I knew right 
then and there that I would do
anything I can To Feel your
Love Forever

I promise to love you from now on,
To love you with all my heart.
From now on, we'll be together,
Till death do us part.

I will love you and cherish you,
Until the sun stops burning.
I will do the honor and be your wife,
It's you I'm always yearning.

To know that you love me,
Brings joy to my heart,
To know you will be faithful,
Is the key that it was love from the start.

In you I can share my thoughts,
You are my lover, my best friend.
You have taken me to the highest point.
You have taken me places I've never been.

I promise to pledge my love to you,
I promise to be faithful and true.
The words would mean nothing...
If I didn't have you.

You are the love of my life,
I hope you always know.
I love you more than anything in the world,
I won't ever let you go.

I promise to be you're everything,
This is my vow to you.
I can't wait for that day to come,
Until the day we can say, "I do."

Remember being a child,
You looked out your window 
To see the ground and everything in it
under a blanket of white?
A big grin formed across your face,
You rushed to get dressed and
ran outside to play in the snow.

It's like when the sun comes out
after a spring rain.
The air smells different.
It's clean and fresh and makes
you want to dance in the puddles.

That's what it's like when you put your arms
around me and hold me close.
When you gently kiss my forehead
and then my lips.
That's the feeling I get when you slip
your hand into mine
And tell me everything will be all right

U- Usually I wonder? if all is true
T- Then I remember the beauty of your love
I- I then believe the love we share
F- For all I ever wanted? and all I needed
U- U are my life? I'll keep you alive
L- loving you is all I want

I miss you like the sun miss the flower
In the death of winter.
I've seen the new moon,
I've seen sunrises and sunsets
But nothing of your beauty.

Who am I, you ask?
I am a knight who fights for a place in your heart
A knight who can go the distance
A knight so brave that he would fight a million lifetimes
To keep your heart safe.

A knight who would give his ears just to hear you talk to me.
I fight this battle to keep your dreams and your heart safe.
I can't lose this battle because your heart is on the line.
I have to ride out now because the battle of your heart calls.

I have the love of you protecting me so i know i want lose.

Everytime I look at you, I am fascinated by your beauty.
Your beauty has spellbound my heart and eyes.
My heart beats with love and life when you are around me, beautiful.

I see your inner beauty that has captured my heart and soul.
Your inner beauty and the beauty on the outside fascinate me.
When I see your beauty in the moonlight... I am awestruck.

Your beauty has stolen my heart and soul.
My heart yearns to be with you when we are apart.
Your beauty fills the emptiness in my heart and soul.

I never thought a person of your beauty existed but, 
Now my heart and soul know your beauty.
After seeing your beauty- I am head over heels in love.

When I first saw your beauty it took my breath away.
Your beauty is like no other I have seen.
I have seen a truly fascinating beauty- in you.

I remember the first time we met.
I remember our first kiss.
I remember when you told me you loved me.
I remember our first real date.
I remember the day I cheered you up when you were sad.
I remember when you told me you would never leave me.
And I remember the saddest day of my life,
The day you said.. we should see other people.

have u ever felt what love is?
or do u confuse it with the lust
that most of us disguise and believe is true
we need more, we need love, for it's a must

what is love? is it what u feel in ur heart?
is it what u dream about being able to comprehend?
love is the joy that brightens ur day 
more than the sun or moon could ever withstand

love is not the knowledge of knowing
it doesn't judge based if ur intelligent or not
it's the feeling that gives u a motive
never are u embarrassed, or ever put on the spot

love makes ur world crumble, fall and shake
it turns u around and makes u realize what u have
and when there is nowhere left to turn
it opens ur mind and changes ur thoughts remarkably fast

when u look up at the one u care for
with just a smile on ur face and nothing to say
love is what makes u feel that words aren't enough
and the one u love can read ur mind day after day

it's the mystery of suspicion what the other is thinking
the happiness knowing what u feel is so true
love isn't all the joy, peace, and smiles
when u say u hate, u can't say u dun love, too

hate love, love hate, why are they compared?
it's what lives inside us and that we continue to gain
if u ever hate, ur so in love with anger
there is no difference, the feelings will remain

love is the feeling of not caring what happens next
it's the tiny sparkle you see in their eye
it's the gentleness of every saddening act
even when u move on and say goodbye

what is love? is it what u feel in ur heart?
it's everywhere you go, in everything you do
no matter what happens in ur life
there will always be love deep inside of you

i watch you sleep,
you are still,
angel on a cloud in heaven at rest,
this is how i love you,
this is how we are.

i love our times together-
almost a year
and going strong.

remember our times-
touches and stares.
we walk down lanes in our heads,
we dance around like children,
we begin to laugh... 
a tear falls from my eye.

i love you, god, i love you!

i hope this never dies-
i won't let it fade,
i won't let it fade.

turn out the lights 
and up the heat;
we hold one another and our eyes meet.
whisper one more time 
and tell me so
of how you will never let go.
i won't let it fade...
