POETRY: FALLEN IN LOVE WITH YOU

My heart went cold some time ago
When once again I had to start anew
And pick up the pieces of my broken heart
That time I froze the pieces together instead of using glue

I never planned to let myself care again
But things happen unexpectedly, like meeting you
And I thought you would be just the same
But you showed me you were different; you proved to be true

I want to express how I feel, but it's hard to tell
No words are good enough for what I want to say 
I can't believe I'm acting like this, so in love
I can't believe I'm actually feeling this way

And if one day, not by my choice, it's all over
I'll still never deny this is what I felt
Because, thanks to you, I can breathe again
My heart's unfrozen; your warmth made it melt

a light
looming over the trees
golden bright

A Lovers' Moon.

We sit in awe,
smiles shared in silence.
The warmth of memories
return...
Other nights 
of lovers' moons;
nights spent loving
till the moon was
no more.

Your hand touches mine
no words needed.
On we drive,
a sigh...
a smile...
memories.

But, are they really meant
I'm so afraid to believe
That this love is heaven sent.

I've waited for so long
For a love to call my own
I see that love in you

But, is our love a true love
And is it meant to be?

I hunger for your touch
My body trembles when I think of you

To let each other know we care

Last night I had a dream
not too long, but just enough
just to show us our love
it showed me the arguments we had
and showed every time we shared a laugh
it showed every time we shared a kiss
You know nobody has your lips
why would god show all this
but last night I had a dream

love is the hand that we try not to touch 
to the heart it hurts so much 
the sweetness to your life has gone bitter 
the hole in your heart isn't getting better 
you have nothing to care for, nothing to trust 
you need a hand to hold, you must get out of this mess 
that's what they said, you need to use your head, 
leave the path that kept you in, leave the path that never ends.

and reach the highest potential...
to spread unused wings and fly to places
not yet dreamed of...
the priceless experience of unending love
without fear or hesitation...
these are the precious gifts
that love has to offer a heart.

Souls journey into what they believe is paradise
They go forth without ever thinking twice

Spreading their fate across many realms
Into what is lies and tales

Beckoning ruthlessly, trying to find
the one place they may call divine

Never seeing the beauty of the sun
Never hearing the chanting of the wind
Never feeling love surrounding their channels
of peace, hope and faith

Changing fate and playing games
Chancing feelings upon their heavenly hearts
Feeling at peace upon finding the end

Knowing the travels of many lost friends
Painting a blank future
choosing a dark place

With a brush from the clouds
Hoping to escape their tormenting doubts
The sun finally sets
yet there are feelings of many regrets


Their souls rest forgetting, desires of their patience
to become separate from phantoms of torture
Smoke fills the void of their locked essence

Leaving behind a trail of many unheard cries
to dance to the forgotten souls.......

A godess of the sea, reflecting the sky
A vision of an angel above the clouds so high
Spreading your wings across the star filled night

Through the colors that you show, shines your pure soul

On a darker night, before you arrived
Drifting on illusions that I couldn't fight
My last try, long ago had died in a world where I could no longer be
In the midst of my falling, you captured me on feathered wings

A tear placed in the sky
Fell alone on a cloudless night
I believe it was Him watching
Looking over His plan, when He sent you to me

Alone I'll never be
You'll still be within me
The embers in our united souls always will glow till i see you again
