POETRY: I DREAM OF YOU

I have found you
in the cold of
a December's night
Among the frosty
shadows of a
monastic tower
In the long nights
of eternal cold
In the windy corridors of
gothic gloom
Here I found you my love
Where least
to expect it

I have found you
in the pink haze
of a Spring evening
In the long valley
of hidden veils
Here, among the
shadowy poplars
Tranquil and pale
in a pillared palace
Yes, here I found you
in that splendor of
an ancient culture
Here I found you
again my love

I have found you
in the summer orange
sky
Your softness glistening
in the sun's dying kiss
The heat sizzling as you
glided enchantingly
in a dream of purple dusk,
the sound of surf sighing
relentlessly
In a whisper, a caress
breathing deeply
of the salty night air
Here,
we consummated
our beginning in
endless loving

2
My heart stops when you look into my eyes;
I see into your soul. The world seems silent,
then as your touch embraces my body, passion fills my spirit.
As I graciously rub my hand across your face and gently kiss you lips,
I find the true meaning of love. You
complete my thoughts and fulfill my desires,
for now I know, you complete me!

3
I have this poem written,
for your heart to hear
and bring a smile on your face.
It's how much you have captured my heart,
with beauty I see inside you.
I know now that God has made you special,
for a time like this,
when the world is covered with darkness.
He has kept your candle burning.
He has cleansed your heart which he treasures.
Like a pearl you are to Him and me,
a treasure from a deep see.
I have searched the seven seas,
and have found you in a stream of waters.
You have broken the chains of darkness,
by your love and concern for me.
At a thought of losing you, my world fades away.
The thoughts in my heart, are the tears in my eyes.
Not the ones of sorrow, but of joy and peace.
I have you now and I'll keep you forever,
for as long as love endures.
I shall walk that valley of death,
crossing the boundary of life
just to find you once again.
As the stars cannot hide themselves,
neither shall I hide myself from you.
You have made a print on my soul,
like a name written in a book,
keeping the memories of you for eternity.

What have you done to me?
My dreams are not my own anymore.
I can't seem to wake up...

I feel the waves crashing round me...
I feel the storm rising up...
I feel so safe near you...
and, yet, I feel alone in this raging
mixture of desire and fear overwhelming me...

Will you be there to hang onto me...?
or will I face this alone...
I try to wake myself...
tell myself this isn't real...
but when the pain comes rushing in... I know...

I feel the racing of my own heart... and know...
I know that only I can save me...
I know I have to do this on my own...
I know I have to overcome this storm...
but can't you believe me

I'm so afraid...
The pounding of my own heart terrifies me...
the tears that fill my eyes burn like acid...
The scars I feel forming on my heart are thick and hard
I feel battleworn...

I need your healing touch to make me pliable again...
A tree that doesn't bend cannot survive a storm...
help me to survive...
I don't want to come crashing down in rubble...
I don't want you to leave me in a heap of ruin...

wake me please, show me that the storm is only a dream...
show me you love me...
show me you will hold my hand...
show me I can conquer this...
show me you are real and not a phantom of my dreams...
don't let me dream to escape...
give me reality...
give me love....
that's all I want... just your love.

The joint of two souls
They begin to connect connect
Let me know what is beautiful about her?
A sound?,
Sight?
Feel?
Contentment to the soul
Beauty resides, on the whole
Your eyes, the unique window, to a place,

PART II

Whenever I capture your exquisite bodily assets
With each blink of my eye,
Or whenever I take in your voice,
Which is never too low nor too high...

Whenever I gaze into your congenial hazel eyes,
I often see how much you mean to me,
But most important, I see poetry.

When you awaken every morning
With a smile so enchanting,
I often do see poetry.

When you position your head beside mine,
And then we kiss avidly for our very first time,
I see poetry.

Whenever you speak to me with those tender soft lips,
I always feel like I love you more,
I see poetry.

I see poetry.

I love you," has been said
so many times before
yet, for all the times it has been said
no one has meant it more.

When I say, "I love you,"
I mean it in every way.
I love you for the way you look,
for what you do and say.

Now you know I love you
and you're whom I adore.
You know that I'm in love with you
and will love you... forevermore.

7

I want to breathe
your fragrance in my dreams
and embrace the twilight
that glimmers in your eyes

I want to become snowflakes
falling ... falling
melting into the hollows of your body

Your far flung music
haunts my sleep
like waves arising
from a tumultuous sea

But you are beyond my touch
like the vast overarching sky
or a rainbow, whose colors
fade into dusk

I can recall your softness,
and those quiet mornings
when we felt our oneness

Where have you gone?
Are you alone now?
Do you still feel
my hands reaching for you
in the stillness of night?

8
Oh to be the wine she sips,
to touch, again, forbidden lips...
To be the robin she sees in spring
that warms her heart
when she hears him sing.

Yesterdays, yesterdays, where did you go?
With your warm summer skies
and your soft summer nights...
and the lovers that pleasured me so...

9
The fragrance of her hair
Returns in silken morphine clouds
Spreading through the moonlit air
In warm descending shrouds,
Warm, that whimsical thigh
Tempting as lilac fields
Flashing through her summer dress
The fire she conceals,
Tall the grass that waves
Like a river at her hips
Fresh as falling rain
When then she surges to my lips
And tender in a twilight quest
Around each other something slips
And deep in love is pressed,
Ah, the hours fly as there I lie
Upon her breast,
Breathing in her fragrant sigh
Entangled and caressed,
Till a thunder drawing yonder
That was physically expressed
Left us well-exhausted
There beneath the stars at rest.

10

Leaving my love,
is like departing for war.
Leaving her arms as
she locks the door.
Walking down the street,
all I can hear
Is her heart beat,
as it pounds in fear.
I hear the sound of a whisper,
or is it a whimper,
I think,
I hear,
I love you.

11

Dream my love,
by flickering candlelight,
where magic comes
mistily within your sight.

Where I can meet you
on the other side of day,
and we can love again,
feel free to laugh and play.

I am waiting for you there;
listen, my voice rides the wind,
and my arms embrace
the warmth of your soul once again.

Lightning stikes to show the way
into mystic dreams for you and I;
It is the world of my domain where
words flow into whispered sighs.

For there I shall love you,
I am yours and you are mine,
Inside a dream or daylights glow;
we will live forever all through time.

12
Your beauty is in your love;
I am amazed every time I feel it.
Thank you for allowing one so humble
The pleasure of sharing the greatest love on earth.
My love feeds on your acceptance;
The more you accept it, the stronger it gets.

13
Your ways are all your own

And that is why I love them

Everything you do is done with care

That is why I respect you

And even why I love you

I love you and your ways...

14

you are the omega of my heart
the foundation of my conception of my love
when i think of what a real man should be
it is YOU i first think of
u will never fully understand
how deeply i love you
i worry that we will grow apart
and i will end up losing you
you are my heart in human form
a lover, i could NEVER replace.

i love you

15

A look into your eyes is pure ecstasy.
It delivers my subconscious to that blissful paradise
Found within my heart.

A look into your eyes
Is a look into the darkness of the night;
Unknown and unexpecting.

Yet, a look into your dark pools of infinity
Bestow upon me a sweet sense of tranquility and passion.
Feelings of desire overcome my own self-existence.

A look into your eyes engulfs me
In a fantasy where you and I are ceaselessly
In love
And quarantined from all the evil
And malicious ways of humanity.

All resistance disintegrates
As we immerse ourselves into each other's actuality.
I drift away in a sea of twilight
As you slowly and voluptuously seduce me
Through a maze of sensorial entanglement
That leaves me gasping (for an opportunity
To re-meditate the situation)

But then,
I look deeply into your eyes
And I know the love I feel for you
Isn't going to disappear.

It is destined to go on and fulfill my every wish.
And I do believe
With all of my heart,
Loving you is a resolution that I can savor.

So when I look into your eyes,
I remind myself how much I am truly
In love with you.
