SPIRITUAL: THE POWER OF THOUGHTS

If you get someone to make a fist and extend either arm out to the side and then tell them to resist you as much strength as they can muster....you will notice thta you will not succeed in pushing that person's arm down. If you then ask them to put their arm down and close their eyes and repeat ten times.."I am weak and unworthy person" and then open their eyes and extend their arm again exactly as they had before. You are able to bring down the arm as though all the strenght has left that person.

If you continue interspering postive with negative, the same results occur. You are able to push the arm down after a negative statement, and unable to push the arm down after a postitive statement. Weak words meant a weak arm. Strong words meant a strong arm. Postivie words makes us physically strong, negative words make us physically weak. The amazing aspect of this experient is that it doesn't matter if we believe the words or not. The mere uttering of them makes our inner self believe them. It is as though the inner self doesn't know what is true and what is false. It doesn't judge. It only reacts to what it is fed. When the words, "I am weak" come in, our inner self instruct the rest of us. What does this tell you? STOP FEEDING YOURSELF NEGATIVE THOUGHTS.
