SPIRITUAL: LEARNING TO JUST EXPERIENCE

An experience isn't a prison, not is it a contract. So have the experience that you have in this world without expecting them to last forever. Sometimes they might lead to lasting relationship, sometimes they won't. But in order to enjoy them at all, it is important to simply experience them in the moment. You make memory that will last a lifetime, but you could easily ruin subsequent moments by dreaming your life away about the brief idyll. Looking to experience it again, or re-create it, you could lose out on the present moment, which is the only the livable moment. The now is the only moment in which life is created. The rest is memory of futurizing.
