POETRY: I LOSE MY BREATH FOR ONE SWEET MOMENT

At times I wonder what makes you so special;
is it your eyes, your nose,
your mouth, or your ears?

In your eyes I saw an everlasting romance,
your mouth told me the truth of your real feelings for me,
and your nose played, as a silly tool,
of your quite enchanting beauty

Your kiss is the kiss of warmth and security
on cold winter days;
your kiss is like a cool breeze
on a scorching summer's day.

your heart runs a beat, as mine skips a beat,
only to see your lovely face;
each time I see you is like the first...
every minute is ever so exciting
(Oh, how I love you!!!)

and, in your eyes I see stars dance,
playing friend to the wolves in the moonlight
you act as the ocean... riding a wave against my shore,
or the sun's rays of warmth in the early day.

all this is to say, "I love you"...
an exotic love that is so everlasting....
and by the cycles of these stars
our fate shall twist to this amazing fairy tale

YOUR EYES...
They speak...
They speak of your thoughts...
Your inner-self...
Your innocence...
Your deepest feelings...

YOUR EYES...
So interesting...
So mysterious...
Never can tell...
what you are thinking...

YOUR EYES...
Sparkle with joy...
Yet...
...reveal all your sorrow,
while you are smiling...

YOUR EYES...
They tell the truth...
There's no lying...

YOUR EYES...
They're so special...
But...
...on top of it all...

YOUR ARE SO SPECIAL...
...for having such a gorgeous pair of talking eyes!

The distance tears me from you
and in the midst of my independent flu
I don't want to see you go
because I am incomplete without you.

When I see you,
I fall in love all over again
and I strain to breathe
because you are my oxygen

The flowers crumble beneath my feet
and I know that in your presence
they would grow to immeasurable heights
From your incurable benevolence.

I wait to hold you in my arms
until this lonliness diminishes
but then I am running again
until my race with solitare finishes.

A summer day
the sun is glistening on a cold lake
the spring has passed
and the winter is far gone
we got what we have came to see
we're all alone it's just you and me
and wind slowy blowing between the trees
our love has blossomed like the flowers
left from spring

we join hands and walk side by side
it's that time
but neither one of us knows why
but the moment is right
and inside everything feels nice
won't you join me
and begin our ecstasy
today, tomorrow, and forever, we shall see
that's what we want and both of us shall know we need
love, honor, trust which must no lead to lust
but just a lover's touch

It gives me the strength to carry on
Like the sun peering over the clouds
It gives me reason to hope
Like a mother saying I'm allowed
It gives me understanding of the world
As I understand you
It gives me the meaning of life
And a reason to see it through.

6

I could let you kiss me and it could lead to other things.
It could lead to letting clothes fall and names getting called.
I could let you.

I could let you kiss me.
The prelude to have hearts fawn.
In a melody without weight but still heavy.
I could let you.

This is such an innocent thing but such things can hurt.
If you kiss me I’d probably be at peace.
But to have your kisses floating around like bubbles would make me pop.
I could let you.

Not for her or them just me
I could let you.
I want them to brand me but this seems like an S&M dream.
I could let you.

It strangely can start here but in the same breath it can all end here
with this one thing.
Just think, beginnings and endings just with this one action.
Between the sighs and whimpers there is the fact that little actions
can do more than you’d think.

Could you let me?
Would I let you?
Yes. Not to sound possessive, maybe a little bit.
But your lips are mine.

Actions speak.
They scream.
They holler.
They make you aware.
Even when you don’t want to think its possible.

Would you let me?
I would let you.
Would I?
Yes.

It all ends and begins here.

Eyes briefly meeting

Hands sliding down my back.

My heart is pulsing rapidly

This is my angle of attack.

Lips touching abrasively

Bodies demanding passion.

Words whispered of desire

And meaningful compassion.

With our legs intertwining

I get a feeling from within.

That feeling is gratifying

and almost full of sin.

With us there's is no limits

Nor secrets to unveil.

Every word you whisper

Is erotic with detail.

With our fantasies recited

And our wishes slowly granted.

I soon begin to realize

It's my name you've softly chanted.

A rhythm in the setting

Of music softly playing.

Its tone is precisely amorous

With the lust you are displaying.

Delightfully I tell you

Of the wishes I want fulfilled.

As I begin to lose focus

My conscience tends to rebuild.

My body begins to shake.

This is when I realize

This encounter is no mistake.

My breathing heavily increases

As your goal is now in sight.

I arch my back and moan

In awe of this memorable night.

It found me. I was searching high and low for it.
Looking to left, looking to right for it.
Up and down, corner to corner for it.
I thought it didn't want me around,
I thought it didn't care for me,
I figured it wanted me out the picture.
But it found me.

I had high hopes for finding it myself.
I ended up finding was loneliness, disappointment,
Anxiety, sadness, and hatred.
It ran from me.
Every time I was so close to grabbing it,
It slipped away from my hands.
Simply teasing me, making me angrier.

I liked the chase some days,
But on others I wanted to hide in the shadows.
Of those who were losing at life to give myself more hope,
Hope that I was gonna use as ammunition.
But instead I became more crushed,
Sinking into more doubts and more lies.
I accepted those lies, understanding them,
Wanting them, drinking them.
I basically drowned in them someone could say.
I wanted an exit out cause I knew one day I'd pay.

But all that is in the past.
It finally found me. It found me through time.
It found me through smiles, through hugs,
Through close friends and family.
It found me through kindness and the one who made earth.

Life found me. It's about time;
But then whatever, better late than never.

Today, just like every other day,
I thought of you
When I woke this morning I hoped I was dreaming
I was here
You were there
When I opened my eyes the house was sadly silent
and empty...

I have seen you throughout the day
I wished to kiss you and touch your face
But when I reached for you,
you faded out of sight
Like the fog when you try to get close to it...

This afternoon I went for a walk
I thought about you and all the wonderful times we shared
I am so lucky to have you in my life...
To think about...
to dream about...
to look forward to seeing when the time comes...

Even though you're not here by my side every day
Even though the miles seem endless
The moments we share and my love for you are always in my heart
The nights may get cold...
My heart does get heavy...
My arms get so weak from the desire to hold you...

When the time comes for us to be together again
I feel as if I am in Heaven
And all the lonely nights are forgotten...
When the time comes.

10

When I talk to you,
there's just something there
that makes me cling tight to you,
and you capture my heart in such a way
that absolutely sweeps me off my feet.

When you give me that smile,
a warmth washes over me,
and I feel tingly all over
as I can't help but smile back.

When you touch me,
it gives me the best feeling I've ever felt,
and those feeling inside
as my body calls out for more.

When you look me in the eyes,
I'm hypnotized by your love,
and I lose my breath for one sweet moment
while you touch my heart like no one ever has.

11

Coming spring on the full moon night when we meet,

I've dreamt of making it memorable and sweet,

I'll lay my heart in your delicate tiptoe,

In the shade of eyelashes spread on the floor,

The heart that's bleated in your waiting,

Needs the touch so warm and soothing,

Let the wavy hair on your cheeks be ruffled,

Give me the pleasure to set them and shuffle,

Let me get sunken in the whirlpool eyes of yours,

And never come out of the loving looks that devour,

Allow me to get drunken with your love so divine,

Which is more intoxicating than the most delicious wine?

Those fingers, with that soft feather touch -

Will sooth my restless soul so much,

Every breath of mine will take your name,

Your lips will touch mine and say the same.

Lastly, you'll say am yours, my dear,

Never let me go, just hold me near,

After I've waited for you so long!

I'll never let you go ?to me? you, belong!
