PERSONAL: I AM NOT LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE

I've always had this deep-down conviction that I'm not like everybody else, and there's an amazingly exciting new life waiting for me just around the corner Things end. People leave. And you know what? Life goes on. Besides, if bad things didn't happen, how would you be able to feel the good ones?.Sometimes I wonder if there's something wrong with me. Perhaps I've spent too long in the company of watching romantic movies and consequently my ideals and expectations are far too high. I know the person that I will end up with won't be perfect, she might hate movies, she might not have blond hair, she might too strong, but when I put those things together with the rest of her, it makes her into the most perfectly imperfect woman I’ve ever known.

To return to love, to get the love we always wanted but never had, to have the love we want but are not prepared to give, we seek romantic relationships. We believe these relationships, more than any other, will rescue and redeem us. True love does have the power to redeem but only if we are ready for redemption. Love saves us only if we want to be saved. .Only love of a good woman will make a man question every choice, every action. Only love makes a warrior hesitate for fear that his lady will find him cruel. Only love makes a man both the best he will ever be, and the weakest. Sometimes all in the same moment. And then there are the rare ones who know love, who understand it. Who freely give of themselves, demanding only a return of that love,that trust.When I am an old man and I can remember nothing else, I will remember that moment. The first time my eyes beheld an angel in the flesh...which was you..I will remember your body and your eyes, your beautiful face and breasts, I will remember your scent and your touch and how it felt to love you. But most of all, I will remember how it felt to gaze at true beauty, both inside and out. For you are fair, my beloved, in soul and in body, generous of spirit and generous of heart. And I will never see anything this side of heaven more beautiful than you. I want to find a goddess that I can be with and you might think you are not one, but you are. A goddess, a princess, a queen. As a soldier, I pledge myself to your service. As a prince, I grant you any boon within my power. As a man, I ask to sit at your feet and worship you.
